I’ve just finished the playback for the final class. Today felt as fresh and new as the very first class 10 weeks ago. Every class has offered a deepening awareness and presence in my body that has truly changed my life!

I want to thank you for the changes I’m feeling in my body. I thank me too for saying yes to staying in purpose during my ‘holidays’ as I have no doubt, I would not have been getting up at 4am had it not been for your offer 😁 I noticed walking up some stairs this morning that my bottom was tucked in which supported a straighter posture up through my spine which puts less pressure/straining on the top of my neck = less tension and less headaches❣️Yipeee. Your way of delivery is so matter of fact, the powerful package it delivers is life changing as I feel the detail of strengthening each part of the body you know so well. It also punches holes in the exercise industry from the inside out, such is the simplistic myth busting ‘you have to go hard or go home’ BS. I now have a daily relationship with my core (which will be ongoing in strengthening) and can feel how my body has collapsed around it. Tightness through my hips, front back and sides is now being released as a flow in movement moves in⭐️ Thank you Danielle, as I said, life changing and oh so needed.

Thank you for the classes which I realised this morning are super supporting me in all areas of life. The focus I’ve been bringing to my body in the classes to be more delicate and not to push and engage other muscles, that this has heightened my sensitivity to not tense up in my day. What this program is offering is so so far beyond the physical exercise - thank you.

I have always been someone who goes in “guns blazing” with everything I do. All or nothing 😂 And in truth I was a little like that at the start of this program.  But something has shifted in a way I don’t remember feeling in nearly 54 rolls around the sun. I like myself again 😊 I’m being loving to my body, I’m not competing with myself, there is nothing to prove, there is no failure! I feel amazing!  I’ve put my dear body through a lot in my lifetime. It feels so good to finally appreciate and feel thankful for the gift that it is. I will never hate my body again. Thank you Danielle, for offering this reflection for me. It’s huge!! Your classes bring me joy in every fibre of my body 😁

These classes are supersonic! I love so much about the whole package, energetically and physically – how simple the exercises are and how you always give us the space to deeply feel a stretch (i.e. you don’t move on too quickly). The warm up at the beginning is so great – Again I love how long we get to do that and feel my body responding. You are a stellar teacher and great inspiration.

Danielle your classes are superb. I absolutely LOVE them. Your calm manner delivering the exercises, the tone of your voice, the steadiness, - its like a yoga session. I am enjoying feeling specific muscle groups at work and how this brings such a depth of connection to the body. The classes have smashed the exercise pictures of having to go hard in an exercise class, sweat, pushing, exhaustion, full on music - a model of exercise that separates one further from their body. Thank you so much. The recordings are going well.​

These classes have been and are incredibly supportive and looking forward to the next round. Loving and enjoying them. Have spoken with a couple of people on the program and we all agreed we’d love these classes 52 weeks of the year 😁🤩  It’s been incredible to feel the power of seated and standing exercises evidenced by my body’s responses. Coming from an aerobics class background I would have in the past judged how effective this way of exercising could be.

The classes are superb Danielle.  Many shifts some super subtle and some not. Very powerful. I hope you continue these beyond the ten weeks. I had always exercised - aerobics, pilates, walking, weight classes etc and always knew the value and felt the strength there but the difference with the fine tuning and the quality that you’re bringing Danielle is mega.

Amazing Danielle, This was the best class yet! And that is saying something as it has all been so great. I completely loved the ’slow’ detailed warm-up which takes us deep into the body so that we don’t use movement for distraction and effort. Loved the whole sequence.

We all absolutely love it. Nowhere else can we get anything like your last session. We love the focus on quality and not necessarily 'how much’ activity. I can do nearly all the moves unlike other places I have attended where there are so many weight arm movement that I can do very little of what is offered. I love what you present us with.

Your new 10 week program feels such a brilliant support in the way you have scheduled the sessions and the recordings. I had an appointment with a new Physiotherapist yesterday and he said that what I have been doing exercise-wise has really helped the healing from my back operations and the resultant nerve damage done to my right leg.🤗 I have certainly relished being part of this program and I thank you deeply for bringing this to us.

I absolutely love each session with you and can feel a huge difference in my body since the first session in the previous program. When I started your classes 3 months ago, I was struggling with my body due to spinal issues and hip pain. You encourage me to take it at my own pace and only do what I can do. I feel into my body now and it feels completely different. I love the strength I feel in my upper and lower body. I finally feel like I have working glute muscles again. The way you guide the group through each exercise in a way that allows each person to work at their own capability level at the time, super supportive and honouring of our bodies. Thank you, Danielle, I so look forward to the next program!

Thank you so much for a fantastic workout this morning for the upper back of the body. What was so beautiful was the delicacy that was felt in the body in every movement and I realised that exercises in the past pushed me into drive and being hard on the body and hence why I have not been able to do exercises or go to the gym because of how the body would feel after the workout. After your classes my body feels much lighter and alive which is amazing and my body's re-alignment with the exercises done each week have brought another level of deepening and settlement in the body.

Thank you for today's workout. I felt the focussing on each muscle with a pause to be really wonderful. Especially with the pause before a breath too. I have never sensed the hamstring as three separate muscles. Kind of knew intellectually, but never actually felt it in movement. Also, my awareness of my abdominals and sensing if I have referred tension elsewhere is great. Cradling my head just off the ground, rather than dragging the poor thing up like a bowling ball (like in traditional ab work) feels so much better. It's like a little light goes on in each section of muscles when they fire up. I have wound my ab movements back to be far more gentle because I can't ignore the extra tension now (as I would have previously). This program feels like a whole next scope of potential. Thank you for offering something different when it comes to exercise.
